This graph was generated while a cannister light battery (i.e., 2  12-volt 7-ah batteries in parallel) is charged over a 9-hour period. This was using the Schumacher Mity Mite charger. I selected my "worst" set of batteries, Interstate.

A point was recorded every 10 seconds. Although the recording was stopped at about 13.3 volts, the battery eventually topped out at 13.9, but that was after several more hours.

When the recording was started, the battery was not under load, and so started at 11.51 volts... as soon as the charger was turned on, the voltage jumped up to about 12.1 volts and then continued in a more linear fashion.
